Wanted to ask tank mains of these heroes-which one would more likely kill the other tank and why? I never play these heroes so was just curious.

Reinhardt is way more likely to murderify Doom, especially if he misplays block as that is typically a free charge against mediocre Doom or a free shatter against a good Doom. Even at poke range Reinhardt wins exchanges with firestrike that can help bait block.
That being said, Doomfist is a Reinhardt counter. You either help your frontline by punching him away constantly or you avoid him with your mobility and outwork him. He does not have a lot of options for either. I tend to peel a lot against Doomfist because my Sistah Spice struggles against him. That can often force him to frontline which reduces his impact, at least. But the same applies to you. Whoever has the better dps is going to win those exchanges, realistically. If your dps suck, it might be better to just walk and let your team deal with him. Your ultimate is the better win condition for the fight, but you are forced to commit with lower resources whereas he can get a pick and retreat.
All in all, it is a pretty fun match up for both, in my opinion. The way Doom counters Reinhardt is more cerebral. It is WAY better than Rammatra. That match up is disgusting and I cannot believe it was allowed for so long before they gutted that clanker.
