Doomfist needs all his abilities cooldown reduced

3 seconds all. He has such low survivability he truly need to have his abilities back as soon as possible. There is no way he will be viable if his abilities are kept the way they are. (or his uppercut gets his height back)

he would be extremely OP than…i’m talking 1v6 extremely OP…he can do that now in some cases, if they reduce his cd’s he would be unstoppable…as much as i like playing him, thats a big no.

No it wouldn’t, because his survivability is crap.

Idk if you play Doomfist but if you do, well you could have problems because you don’t know how to play him properly or have a team that doesn’t help you. Either way Doomfist with all his bugs fixed is extremely powerful. He’s a high skill high reward hero.
So it could be that you don’t know how to use him properly?

Doomfist is still in a crap state. The pro’s are not even using him. Maybe because he has nothing going for him.

The solution shouldn’t be to make him completely broken then.

You need to think of a more balanced and well thought out way of fixing Doomfist than just “Oh reduce the CD of everything to 3 seconds”

I’d like to see the cool down of Seismic Slam and Uppercut reduced and the cool down of rocket punch increased but give him a reset on rocket punch should he get an elimination (Or assist) with it similar to Genji’s swift

Reduced cooldowns is not the buff he needs.

The crappy shotgun has got to go. Replaced with a spammable melee attack that hits enemies in an arc in front of you as he swings his fist and lunges slightly. This is for attacking targets that are TOO CLOSE for Seismic Slam. This attack would also trigger his passive, giving him the survivability he needs instead of dying while standing there going “pew pew” because he forgot how to punch for 7 seconds.

His apricot and slam should be reduced to 6 seconds. The punch is fine.

Just play him in Total Mayhem you can spam RP.

You could reduce the cooldowns slightly for Rising Uppercut and Seismic Slam (You could make a case for them being slightly too high.) They’re not what’s really plaguing Doomfist though. They can be properly managed.

I think “The Best Defense…” Needs its values tweaked. It’s too small of an amount for a passive that’s effectively on a cooldown. 40 at minimum and 50 at maximum (Which ALLOWS you to actually hit the threshold of Doomfist’s shields if he hits all of his abilities! Any higher than 50 and it gets RIDICULOUS!) At the current amount, He doesn’t gain much from hurling his body at somebody. Especially because most heroes have range.

Edit: ALSO! This still encourages people to actually go out and brawl!

As far as the pros are concerned, he’s an inferior version of Genji.

He doesn’t have the Shuriken to poke and built ultimate.

Genji dashes THOUGH groups of enemies, silently damaging them before they even know he is there. Doomfist’s “dash” stops him dead in the middle of a group of enemies after he SCREAMS that he’s charging it.

Genji’s double jump and wall climb are ALWAYS UP to allow an easy escape. Doomfist, to contrast, can’t escape because of cooldowns.

Genji’s ult WIPES TEAMS on a good day. Doomfist’s ult…can maybe kill an unaware Zenyatta.

peoples in these forens dont have any clue about doomfist its unbelievable i laugh about almost every post if its about peoples think they know right about doomfist

People seem to think that because they once got a wall kill with Doomfist and then died to the rest of the team that makes him good.

That somehow they “know how to play him right” where as the dozens of pros who are paid to play the game, shun Doomfist are the ones who need to L2P.

Gawd, I agree. His Ult is so awful. Its so slow and not wide enough to be a game changer. You really need to have an unaware target(s) to be able to hit, let alone kill with the Ult. T_T

I’d suggest taking it slowly and either
-50 of his health is now armour
Or
-Seismic and uppercut now 6 seconds
Or
-maybe both of those?

Putting all of them to 3 seconds would just make him way to OP
