Well good thing there are heroes in every category that counter Doomfist.
Supports have Zen, Brig, Ana – two of which are meta right now. Lucio, Moira and Mercy can all get away from Doomfist.
Tanks have Hog, Zarya, Dva and Winston. Winston bubble counters his ult and the rest are self explanatory.
DPS should be obvious but we’ll go over them anyway. McCree, Reaper, Junkrat, Hanzo, Tracer, Mei, Bastion, Sombra, and I’m not even going to list the rest
