Like I really want to play support or tank but it just sucks, that whenever I try and they pick doom I’m FORCED into either brig or Moira, or Hog or Orisa
It just sucks, he just feels so bad to play against its really just the worst.

Lolk if you skillful enough you can deal with him but if you havent hot the skill then he kill you. At the moment brigg and lucio are good at dealing with him and when I say lucio is good I mean his good let’s say the doom slams into your team. Once you boop him he probably going to waste cooldowns trying to get you he be stuck in the middle of your team easy kill lucio brigg

Haha boop I hacked you lol but sombra isnt op far from it as a tank player you either rush in fast with a lucio or you have a hog zarya anf and push in together

with Sombra I can just turn around and shoot her, or tell my team to shoot her
with doom, I just have to switch, thats about my only option

Mei is 50x worse to play against as a tank than Sombra. It’s like she has a potentially infinitely long hack with no cooldown and you can’t move or shoot.

That’s how the game works.
It aint end of the world to swap different hero.
Would you rather lose & keep feeding against a player who keeps dominating you? Doubt so.
Unless you put your time, regardless of what support/role you’re playing as & learn how to outplay them 1st…
Complaining about someone killing you on the forums aint gonna do it for you.

if the sombra isn’t dumb she will just hack you for doing your job creating space and you will get killed for it
if it was that easy I would win every single game i play as tank because my teammates would actually shoot the problem enemy i tell them too
rein: has counter charge and his passive
zarya: has teammate bubble and self bubble
hog: has hook
orisa: has fortify and halt
sigma: has rock, but you should probably swap if getting focused
dva, winston, ball: if you are getting focused probably swap, but if not just roll away
sombra’s idiotic hack and mei just punish tanks for existing so much more than a giant doomfist that punches into your whole team. if you think doom makes tanking unplayble more so than these heroes I don’t know how to help you
Just a question. What tank actually struggles against Doom? Orisa has cooldowns for him. Doom can’t touch Rein because steadfast. Zarya has bubbles for her teammates and herself. Hog hard counters Doom. D.Va hard counters Doom. Ball has the tools to just stay away, he only gets “countered” by Doom when he is brainlessly spinning on point. Doom can 1v1 Winston only if Winston jumps on him (god awful play by you then, that’s like jumping on Reaper or Mei)
The only tank Doom counters is Sigma. One hero. And even then Sigma isn’t 100% defensless since he has hard CC of his own
Meanwhile Sombra holds right click and instantly removes any value that any of the tanks can provide for 7 (?) seconds.

Depends on the scenario.
Sombra can be anywhere in stealth. So she can get off angles to hack you. So there’s more planning on trying to block los or break her stealth.
While Mei just approaches you and you know what to expect. It’s like a dog chasing a car, you know it’s instinct fueling it.
The difference is Mei can slow and freeze anyone solid while Sombra just turns abilities off. Which is annoying for characters that rely heavily on them but a non issue to characters that don’t
