I am worried about doomfist after these changes to Sombra and the release of Brigitte or however you spell it. It looks like OW dev team is doing everything they can to make Doomfist a “MUST NOT PICK”

Doomfist can literally punch Brigitte and kill her through her shield. The only thing killing him is the dev’s neglect.

If you need to kill Brigitte, take a projectile character or Doom…
It’s getting pretty sickening that people think every patch negatively affects Doomfist even though the addition of Brigitte is quite the opposite. She has a barrier, Doomfist can punch through barriers and stun. She is close to immobile, Doomfist’s ult easily secures kills on less mobile characters.
She can stun him while rocket punching, making his whole engagement useless, her throw thingy knocks him out of battle, where he is most effective, and her ult is an area of effect that basically negates most of his abilities.
Dev neglect and Doomfist.

It’s extremely, extremely difficult to stun DF out of Rocket Punch. You have to time it perfectly and most of the time he’s just gonna hit you.
She also can’t outheal anything with her passive. It’s 16HPS. If you can’t do more than 16 damage per second with Doomfist you might want to make sure you have a keyboard and mouse connected to your PC (or a controller to your console).
Ok I hope your joking because her passive is like a weak Lucio aura that requires you to get within a 5m range to actually activate it. Only advantage she really has VS Doomfist is her ability to prevent an ally from being oneshot by him with her E.

Her ult heals for 30 HPS.
Her aura heals for 16. You want to know what heals for more than 16 HPS? Doomfist’s passive.
The only thing you can argue is her whip, which is a difficult skillshot to land on someone jumping and dashing across the map.
Doomfist was dead long before Sombra’s buff was thought of. The Devs let him fall through the cracks, it has nothing to do with other heroes statistics.

Punch beats shield bash in both range and if they collide
Doomfist does allot of burst damage while Bridgetts passive heal is fairly small the only thing she can do is stop him from taking her teammate if she throws her heal at them as he comes in and even then if he commits just a bit more the target will still die she cannot actually stop him
that’s all assuming she’s not the target if she’s the target she is dead
