Doom is either super UP or super OP

does anyone else feel this way? Like in every meta Doom is either trash can (e.g Orisa Hog, Goats) Or super f***ing OP (Stun Meta, Double Shield)

Doom is perfectly balanced after his last round of buffs. In fact, before Sigma the official forum scapegoat was Widow.
Then Sigma (a key hero strong against Widow and weak against Doom, what a surprise…) and double barrier happened, so Doom robbed Widow of her role as forum official scapegoat.
