I’m playing this morning and most games have had 2 dooms, and every game has had 1 doom. I’ve had 2 games so far not against doom - 1 against ram and 1 against rein then dva.
It’s just depressing how many games feature this hero. He’s the 2nd most unfun tank in the game to play against after orisa, and being in this many games is just depressing and sucks all the fun out of the game and my will to play it.
How can it be so complicated blizzard that you can’t see 1 hero having this much presence when you know he’s not a hero people find fun to play against?
EU QP - I suspect it is different in other regions and modes.
yeah since the patch there’s a doomfist every single match and it’s driving me insane. i hate this hero so much since day one, seeing him all the time makes the game so unfun
Doom is trash every game I played against him yesterday was just free sr, they legit never switch for some reason it’s annoying especially for there team lol, saw someone type no space yesterday in match chat, because there tank indeed made zero space.
I am yet to get a good DF in my game. There isn’t anything i hate more but having solo tank DF. They ALL go into 5 enemies, waste their cooldowns, get deleted in 2 seconds and then complain about lack of healing… always! They are literally useless!
Well maybe you should start asking blizz to buff the other tanks then, cause tanks are so bad in this game, anyone that isn’t high mobility just explodes with discord and every debuff/cc thrown at them.
I find his stun the worst part of his kit and his ult you can’t escape unless you have super high mobility.
Give Bastion same short notice and he will be even more omnipresent!
Only time I can slow him down is with rally.
Finally if they nerf his range on charged fist attack maybe it could be easier to avoid?
That’s so bad!! These devs are the worst. When nobody was playing support in early OW2, every dev update acknowledged the problem and talked about how they were working on making support more enjoyable and then they made em all busted, now it’s the most popular role. Nobody is playing tank and it’s actually far worse than support ever was…complete radio silence from the devs.
Ideally they should just bring back 6v6. 5v5 caused an absurd amount of problems and tank sucking is one of them. If they really want 5v5 to work they need to buff tanks even more to make them better in higher rank but this also causes problems in low ranks where tanks are already strong. They’ve just shot themselves in the foot with 5v5 there’s no way to actually make the game good with it. It’s impossible.
This is nothing to do with winning or losing. It’s to do with seeing such an annoying tank in almost every single game. It’s sucking all the fun out of playing.
he’s one of the highest skill cap tanks, he is viable only in very VERY capable hands, if you are being beaten by a doomfist its categorically a skill diff. Doom might be a little obnoxious with his CC but even one tricking zen I love vs-ing doomfists. He’s fine tbh
if you’re bored of playing against him, just bully him so hard and ruin his life so that he swaps. Its not that hard to do
