Kiriko’s stadium perk Donut Delivery’s healing effect doesn’t scale with ability power despite the indicator for it showing it’s ability healing.

I have also noticed this and there is nothing in the item description that indicates that it shouldn’t scale when stacking ability power. I hope this is fixed in the future

Just noticed this in the practice range. Seems to still be an issue unfortunately.
