I defer to my response to another person just above your most recent post.
They want people playing on their mains rather than smurfing because it ruins the game for everybody else. When the game is less enjoyable people will play less and spend less money. This is a step towards improving the gaming experience. When people have a good experience they are more likely to spend money.
Habitual smurfs know how to get a working number for alts for cheap. They aren’t concernd. There are ones in these forums who’ve said as much.
But this time i know you aren’t serious about the situation.
So i will not answer anymore to your comment about this situation.

We are sorry but our user base is dwindling, so your block button only mutes some texts from players, there’s a limit of 3 users and they will be let back into your life after a week.
Also, we’re really hurting on phones, so from now on Playstation and XBOX accounts will be able to call you on your phone and talk to you. You can’t disable cross play. But people on consoles WILL be able to disable talking to you, you can’t disable talking to them.
Also, I’m gonna need you to give me your phone number and banking details to keep your phone plan. I know you signed a contract, but I am launching Phone Plan 2.0, retiring Phone which is now called Phone 1, and this new phone plan requires you to give me your address and which window it is you change in front of.
Do this, and the people watching you change will not be toxic, I promise.
