Oh lord that looks awful. Extremely disappointed. Junkrat doesn’t even need a new skin, if they’re gonna make something that atrocious they should’ve used that slot for someone who needs it instead.

Yes, cause its not like white people dont have dreads. And besides, ITS A SKIN!!! legit look at the lunar year event, if only those who actually are of a certain race can do things of that culture, only Mei and maybe D.VA, Hanzo, Genji, and Symmetra could participate. But thats a maybe. Also, Overwatch is an optimistic future. Denying certain groups of people from wearing certain things cause of their skin color is racist and not optimistic.

Why doesn’t he need a skin though? He has 7 legendaries, there are 6 heroes that have less than him, being Ana, Orisa, doomfist, Moira Brigitte and Symm. 2 of those are fairly new and is understandable that they haven’t caught up, so realistically he’s competing with 4 heroes.
They tend to do make more than 4 skins per event
a bandana with his original hair would have been so much better.

I prefer the tricone hat or captains hat.
The more important question, is whether his grenade launcher has golden balls on it. Otherwise Its a bust.

I was thinking compared to the last few events. How long has it been since Rein got a new skin, for instance? Or Tracer or D.Va?
But I was mostly saying that because that’s just how much I dislike the skin. I would like to wish it out of existence and replace it with something for a character I don’t even play or like. That was my gut reaction. 
Junkrat mains who like it though, that’s great. I’m happy y’all are happy.

Technically Rein’s got a skin more recently than junk if you count his Blizzard world legendary and tracer’s got like 11 or 12 legnedaries so I think she’s been put on hold for a while. But yeah I can’t even remember the last time DVa got a skin, she really needs one!
I get your point though 
The reaction’s to junk skin has been 50/50, either people love it or hate it. Only criticism i have of it is I don’t like his shirt, or rather his shirt and pants being the same color, looks too unified to feel like a pirate outfit
If you wanna count Blizz World skins then that would be the last time D.Va got a new skin, but before that her last skin was her anniversary skin, so it’s been a year since she got something for an event. I’m pretty sure she’s not gotten any event cosmetics since then, and as a D.Va main I’m getting pretty frustrated. 
All I’m asking for is a pumpkin mech, Blizzard, come on!
I admit it’s selfish of me to complain about Junkrat though, since I’m also a Mercy main and just got one of the best skins in the game, imo, along with some lovely cosmetics. So I will dial back my Junk complaints and reserve anymore criticism for when the skin is officially released and I can get a good look at it in detail. From what I can tell so far though I actually rather like the outfit itself, but I definitely see what you mean in that it looks too coordinated, especially for the kind of pirate Junkrat would be. I do really hope we get more pirate skins so we can have an all pirate team on Talk Like A Pirate Day though!

listen guys - junkrat didnt get dreads because of lazy azz devs… JRat basic model has hairstyle that is moving, so i guess it was decision made because of that
