I was in a match and I got disconnected. Every time I log into OW2 on my Xbox series X, it asks me to scan a QR code to verify my account even though I’ve taken all measures possible to verify this account (email/phone number/authenticator app) then the “400 the challenge was created with unsupported parameters and can not be displayed” error pops up. This happens both when I scan the QR code or when I use the web browser. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game/resetting my wifi router but still no luck. If anyone else knows how to help please let me know. I can sign into other accounts on my console with no problem but my main account doesn’t work…
Try installing Bnet on a computer and logging in to the account there. This worked for some people to refresh the account.
What if that still doesn’t resolve it?
You may need to open a ticket with Blizz, since it’s a login issue. Unfortunately, players in the forum can’t check your account.
