He was buffed when Mauga dookie’d on him, but now against a nerfed Mauga, he’s fine
Nevertheless the armour he gets now in nemesis form is just excessive
Sure if he does 5.5 dmg per shot in omnic form, I don’t mind nemesis form being nerfed cuz it is a bit annoying to play as or against.
Currently he still basically implodes the moment anyone shoots him without block tho and have to do the block alteration constantly, but with healing included it’s indeed a bit too safe to pop and pressure melee range targets.

I don’t mind. Omnic form is the non annoying part of his kit so I wouldn’t mind if they buffed it. Nemesis form being on a 7 second cooldown with all the buffs just feels like too much tho
Ram was buffed because of his performance in season seven, before Mauga landed on the scene. He was one of the worst tanks whether you looked at Overbuff or at T500 leaderboards.
But having said that, I wouldn’t mind if Nemesis went up to an eight second cooldown.

I want a total power shift. Like take a noticeable chunk out of omnic form shield cooldown and put that cooldown onto nemesis form.
So like knocking barrier down to 10s cd (currently 13s cd) and bumping Nemesis up to 9s/10s cd? I guess I’d be up for experimenting with that.
When i play Ram, i still get rolled by Mauga, so not sure why this is a topic.
Also, i believe Ram didnt get buffed because of Mauga.
Ram vs peak op mauga is still on par, and Ram vs current mauga is pretty advantageous, that said your value on nemesis form is fully denied so it relies on your omnic form aim a lot. Nemesis form block the moment he overdrive and he won’t be able to do anything.
Block is CC weak. Its passive. Does no damage. Still takes 25% dmg. Its only powerful combined with healing, but Ana exists.
Javelin spear.
JQ knife tosses.
Rein charges and shatters.
Hog hooks for free.
Near perm discord target.
Ramattra is still abusable. Very backline weak against supports getting hit
