Oh, come on. Don’t be so pessimistic. Maybe in the future we will get new heroes more often, because a new hero won’t be as meta changing due to the much bigger variety, like in LoL.
I know that they’ll probably go the pattern of “this would like to see most of the people”. But also I’m pretty sure a lot of people will already be quite fine to have a hero with slight accents of his/her country. For example we could have a hero from Ecuador, that lives in Spain or the other way round. Both countries speak Spanish and the hero could utilize accents of both. I would be fine with such a solution.
I also probably would like more to have a map located in Miami covered in neons like in the 80’s, with a building representing a Polish embassy, than a whole map located in Poland just because we had north American cities representations already.
