Iirc her puppy was inspired by a Blizzard employee’s Boston Terrier named Winston, so I would go with Winston.

I don’t think Orisa’s puppy ever did receive a name officially.
I do know this, the Puppy was deliberately chosen to be a French Bulldog because that is Jeff Kaplan’s favorite breed.
