Does lucio counter dva self destruct now?

Dva’s self-destruct does 1000 damage
200 hp hero + 750 is 950 health and combined with any tank gets over 1100 hp
So does lucio counter her ult now?

Lucio, under the correct circumstances, could already make some Tanks survive.

If its popped right before detonation, yeah it possibly could.

But you pop to early, the decay wont give you enough coverage.

I wouldnt rely on it to heavily. Finding cover is easier and more effective.

And if you tried to pop it at all, Brigitte will just stun you while you’re in the air and negate the whole thing like she’s been doing all month.

750+200=950 : you can save them if they are far from the ult because the self destruction have a damage decay.
