Does juno ring work while deploying?

I notice that you get a speed boost while deploying the ring even if you don’t walk through it, but does this work on teammates? Like if they don’t walk through the ring but the initial projectile to deploy the ring passes through them do they get the speed?

They do, from what I’ve seen. If Juno’s projectile passes through them before it creates the ring, they still get the boost

Juno and every ally within 3-5 meters of her gets her speed boost upon cast. You do not need to go through the ring to get a boost.

Don’t see what makes it seem that way. Every other support that has the ability to move allies faster can do it on cast if they are near you when you cast.

It not being mentioned on the quick descriptions of the ability doesn’t imply it’s a bug either.

Don’t believe everything you see on TV. TB is right, there aren’t any bugs on any of the Martian colonies.
