Does blink have i-frames?

Just a quick question. I know recall does but not sure about blinks.

I could have sworn I was in riptire’s blast radius but I didn’t die lol…

There might be for functionality purposes like Kiri’s tp.

in og ow1 we had workshop codes for trickshots like this. blink the x where x was almost all the things. but these days the netcode seems less favour the shooter and more favour the skill-inclusion, i.e. the over/under performer based on how engagement-optimization would like the team fight to go. on live you just dont get the iframes youd hope for

I’d say no because:

I don’t think so.
You can blink through a health pack and still pick it up, so I think you can also be hit.
You probably didn’t die to the riptire because of funky LOS checks.

Nope, and I’ve been saying it needs them for a while now. Tracer actually has TWO hitboxes when she Blinks. Where she was, and where she Blinked to. It’s incredibly stupid because you can dodge things that will still hit you. It punishes good reaction time.

Interesting. That’s pretty cool tbh. I wonder if it’s the same for recall, but in reverse?

I don’t think it is, but I also wouldn’t be surprised. It’s not uncommon to see Tracers getting rolled with stuff like Cree nade, Pulse, Echo stickies, etc. before they can move out of Recall. The question here is if they’re getting stuck with stuff before or after the animation ends.

Could probably find the answer with a VOD slowed to .25, but other than that I doubt anyone would be able to tell

Probably. You can lose an OT contest to blink, so I would assume she is intangible during it and that’s why you can c9.
