With the advancement of AI in different ways, is AI to blame for some of the ridiculous illogical updates or changes? It would explain stuff like the season 9 projectile size increase, current state of certain heroes, lack of nerfs to others, etc

nope, AI would be fed by all the chat in forums and videos and would give expected updates, but it would overbuff or overnerf heroes because of feelings instead of actual balance.
