Since we know now how much BP will cost (we still don’t have exact info on how much 1k premium currency = $) do you think that it’s worth it and that it’s fairly priced? Did you get it and would you consider it if it was something like 30$ instead?
Personally find it very much worth it

$20 of currency
2 at least $10 skins
its a $50 bundle for $40. Even more if you dont have ow1
But It literally depends if you value the skins. If you dont like them its basically worth $30, If you do its worth more like $50

i got it and thought it was decent when you consider a battletag change costs $10.
guaranteed day1 beta access too cos you know they are going to make all the non payers wait a week just to see how many will crack.
if 1000 vc is 10 bucks it seems fine but not not by a whole lot. You won’t be missing out much if you buy 1000 vc separately at different times.
Looks like the only unique thing that carries over from it are the 2 skins.
We don’t really know the value of anything but the skins and the copy of OW1.
What is in the battle pass? What makes a premium battle pass “premium”? Are the passes temporary or permanent? If temporary, how much time will we have to unlock everything on the battle pass?
How much will it be to buy more currency? What can you buy with the currency? How much will the items we can buy with the currency cost?
Asking your customers to buy a product with so many unknowns is not ok or fair. They have committed to little to nothing, why would I want to give them money?

I’d have far less issue with the Watchpoint pack if there was transparency in terms of value and what exactly things such as the battlepass get you.
For example why is there not something such as “On sale now for $40. Normal price $X.” I really dislike that we’re needing to speculate on the future prices of all of the items in the pack. There’s no chance that Blizzard haven’t already decided on pricing. Why the secrecy?

Looking at other skin prices and BP passes from top games like Valorant and Apex … yeah, its fair.
they said the first 3 premium battlepasses will be 1000 credits so you are basically getting 3 seasons of premium passes.
you cant even place a value on day1 beta access. people might think ‘‘oh i can live without beta’’ yeah trust me when tomorrow comes and eveyone is playing and you have no idea when you will get to play you will value day 1 access.

“Premium” Battle Pass probably means the paid one imo. There will be a free track containing few items that you get even if you don’t buy the BP. So that’s why they call it “Premium”. Just my guess.
But we don’t know how much 1000 credits will cost to buy.
And again, we don’t know what’s on a battle pass, premium battle pass, or how long we will have to unlock the items.
Too many unknowns.

i want ro play ow2 beta nr2 tomorrow
not in 2 weeks. 
and for more than 2-3 days would be cool yes.
getting the currency and a battlepass included just warrants the price even more imho.
The main selling point is the beta access

Kinda shady that they are basically selling Beta access for real money. First one it was “watch 4 hours of streams” and now “buy 40$ pack”…
And that’s exactly what they’re counting on.
“I want this now! And I’m willing to invest into a system I know little to nothing about!”

i don’t think they will rip you off upfront. it will be like a drug dealer, they will give you lots of value upfront to get you hooked then jack up the price. im gonna take the value now then stop buying when they jack everything up.
honestly i take pay 40$ over watch 4h anyday…
4h is way way more money worth.

yeah you know they are going to make non payers wait for access. i’ve not spent any money on this game since ow1 launch so may as well give them some money towards ow2 and get the day 1 beta access.

OW has pushed the good will of their players pretty far with the lack of communication and content drought.
And Blizzard doesn’t exactly have the best reputation with F2P right now with all the Diablo drama.
I want them to commit to things before I give them anymore money.
yeah it is bad but they have no competition so cant just go play another game. they hold all the cards. may as well just take the L.
