Do You guys realize, from Talon Assassin's kinda reminds me of Hunter from L4D?

When the Assassin show up, she will hunt you and pouncing you until you down, unless you being helped by someone.

The hunter doesn’t laugh, that’s the jockey.

She reminds me most of the witch though.

I know the Hunter wasn’t laugh, I just describe her.

it’s pretty obvious. Although hunters do not announce themselves with 10 flashy blinks.

And she (as well as the Sniper) also has kind of an audio queue when she shows, that gives your brain a kind of Pavlovian reaction of “crap, she’s here” before you yourself are even aware.

So yeah, it really feels like the OW team got a lot of inspiration from L4D in this year’s event. Now if only we could get the Tank theme to play when the Heavy shows up…

Actually… the hunters announce themselves with a notable sound effect, as well as a repeating growling sound. Add the leaping sound to the mix where they screech extremely loud, and you’ve got a pretty noticeable enemy. It’s also harder to spot than assassins.

My thoughts exactly when I saw the Assassin and what she could do. Pretty impressed they took that route

We need Reyes to yell “Taaaaaaaaaaaaaaank” like Bill used to.

I did the Kill Bill achievement. I was Bill. My friends were more than happy to do this.
