Do you guys honestly think the game is fine or good?

No offense, no toxicity meant, but I feel like a lot of players are under the influence of “NDA content creators” because in many replies I see exactly the same wording as these people on contracts say.

I don’t believe a good game will have so much negativity around its gameplay if its actually good. Like Genshin has so much drama, but it’s almost always something else. It’s about character progression, or some twitter drama about some cosmetic rewards, but it’s almost never about gameplay. In fact I have never seen a game to have so much negativity about its gameplay itself. Not even moba ones.

So my question is, you honestly think that the game is fine or even great, and people just exaggerate their experience with the gameplay? If yes, then why do you think people do that?

For me, I might complain about stuff, but it’s coming from the gameplay itself. It’s my experience, not someone else’s words. In fact I see so many people feeling the same way about the gameplay, but then the content creators and streamers straight up insult them or gaslight them for their opinions, like Seagul, Flats, Bogur do.

Weather your opinions are objective or subjective, I am sorry to tell you this, if a person is on an NDA, their feedback is going to be accepted badly. Even if they say something they really mean, there’s this huge tentacle behind them that invalidates their words.

Now if you are an individual that is 100% sure that is not under any influence of a content creator, I would like to hear your opinion.

Impeccable game feel. They nailed that back on release and that part never changed. Overwatch has one of the most fluid “feels” out of all video games in the world. I’m not aware of any game that comes close, not even Valve games despite them being a solid #2 in general.
Visuals are great, the art style is amazing. Just looking at the game is enjoyable itself.
Audio is also top notch, how shots and abilities like shatter sound. Critical hits are critical reward hits in your brain.
Regardless of how bad you think balance or match making or whatever is, these aspects make it “fine” at worst.

Because it’s not as good as it could be, but that’s all centered around balance, match making (though I disagree) and format.
