It’s still a god damn technical bug that has been around for 2 years.
Just try and find me any god damn help or support from the higher ups, as far as I could see there is none.
Edit: DO NOT even reference me the case of Kaleptik, that was an extreme scenario for the chargeback process as a result of Microsoft and something else I can’t currently recall this second.
