If so, where can I get them? I really want the skin for PS4 (or PC).
Widowmaker Noire codes were only available in specially marked packages of Overwatch: Origins Edition when you pre-ordered the game. Only the PC codes are reported to still be valid, however, very few valid codes still exist.
I do not recommend trying to shop online auction sites for these codes as they can often be scams.

I wouldn’t really like if t hey brought them back…Oni Genji was a cross game promo. Noire is a pre-order exclusive, like Winston and Bastion who has Blizzcon exclusive skins. I like them being unique and theyre are a little less common. I only have Noire, but I think it’s cool when I see a Blizzcon Bastion since I don’t have it!

You have it so it should stay unique? Makes sense. Bastion and Winston ones are trash compared to Widow’s.

A friend got one recently and it worked even though it said it was expired.
The PS4 ones worked a few months ago at least. Not sure if they expired since then.
Would you happen to know from where they got one?
Another friend who basically stopped playing a week after launch. He never redeemed the codes that came with the game.
There’s some people selling sealed copies on eBay which include the skin code (the UK one from personal experience)
Bought one a couple of months back and the code worked perfectly 
How much were the codes?
I paid ÂŁ14 for my copy. They must have bought them in bulk pre-launch cause everything was legit. License worked too so got an extra account
As someone who owns the Noire skin, I really hope they bring it back for people who didn’t get a chance to nab it.

They worked as of a few months ago, at least. Of course, it has to be a valid code to start with and not redeemed at any point…

The sites that used to sell them on PC are out of stock and even when they were in stock, they were selling them for close to a $100. So my solution to you would be to ask your friend group or an overwatch community you’re a part of if they know anyone that pre-ordered the game and doesn’t play anymore. They can sell you their account by changing the email address on it and giving it to you but you’ll have to hope you find someone that doesn’t use their blizzard account for any other games (that they might have grinded or spent money on).
I imagine collectors edition still being an option, it has Noire and codes do not seem to expire on PC. So if you could get one of those, you’ll be set. But by now they’re kind of expensive.
I got one from ebay last year sometime it was around $30 but they are very rare now and are going for +$100 now
Can confirm as of January 10th 2020 my Noire Widowmaker code for PS4 from collectors edition worked surprisingly
