Do we turn off Nvidia shader cache for Overwatch?

Hi guys,
I had enough FPS for my moniter, but my crosshair still feels kind of slower than my mouse that means my computer has some input or display latency.
Could anyone tell me do I turn off Nvidia shader cache (which is on NVIDIA comtrol panel) for Overwatch?

Do you have vsync enabled? Fairly sure that can cause that problem. Disable it and try again.

No, I didn’t have vsync enabled.

Vsync, triple buffering, high graphics settings (Especially Dynamic reflections, Local reflections and Ambient Occlusion) have a huge impact on SIM (that mouse latency).

Also, which GPU you are using?

I turned all of those off.
