Who cares what people in OWL do, people practice for months on end, get played to paid to play and win and are the best possible players in the world. Whereas most people in ladder don’t even group up, hard comparable, almost playing different games.

they’re the pros and if they can get crazy value out of a character that everyone sees as useless, they’ll misinterpret the gameplay, change their logic, and demand said hero played gets nerfed. In this new and changing meta, we’ll call this: The OWL Effect™
I couldn’t imagine actually asking for reaper nerfs. He needs to get really close to have any value at all.

Reaper is a bad hero that also happens to make playing tank utterly insufferable.
He needs changes that make him better in DPS match ups while also making it so he can’t just walk into tanks and win.
Yes, a lot. Quite a lot. It also make quite a lot of money. That’s why the devs are forced to cater to it by the Activision-Blizzard corpos.

I don’t know what sad about it. I know it’s true for me. I would be the #1 Overwatch player in the world on all heroes, if it wasn’t for those meddling team mates.
