The problem is, you get millions of people together about something, and there are always a few idiots and crazies.

It’s nothing new. It’s the same as people harrassing an actor who plays the villain or just a dislikable person in movies or soap series. Some people can’t seem to make the distinction between an actual person and a fictional character.

Personally I think it opened the door for actual egregious harassment by giving the dregs of the community ammo.

Also, as Russian - i hate Zarya. They have Russian localization with Zarya voiced by actual Russian - they could pick her, but instead we have “Red Heat” level of russian. Pathetic
While I believe Brigitte is toxic for the game balance wise her voice never fails to bring a smile to my face. She just sounds so adorable
The person who sent the message obviously thinks the Brigitte is responsible for ruining the game. They also think the voice actor is responsible for Brigitte. Therefore, logically, the voice actor is responsible for ruining the game.
We can all agree that that’s stupid, but it doesn’t change the intent of the message, which is hate.
