I just bought the phara skin: ophidienne with 1000 credits and the sombra skin: cyberspace with 1000 credits also. When I received them in my inventory, I couldn’t “activate” the skin to be able to use it in-game. When I relaunched the game, it tells me that I did not buy the skins but I still lost my 2000 credit??? Where is my money??
NOW : You can see the transaction history in your battle net account to have proof that you have purchased them. it’s a general bug

This just happened to me. Bought the Barista skin for Sojourn and although I received it I couldn’t equip it. I restarted my game and the skin was locked and my credits were gone.
Okay, If blizzard does not refund my credits I uninstall the game.
Same. Just bought DVA SF Shock skin, -150 OWL tokens but cannot equip the skin and cannot buy it. After relaunch the game DVA skin become unowned and I got -150 tokens
Hello, same here. I was in heroes and I bought Hanzo skin ( The wolf color one ) for 1000 grey money and I couldn’t equip so I restarted the game and same I have no money anymore and not the skin. Please overwatch bring my money back or the skin.

you can see history purchases in your battle net account. you will can see the skins that you buy (proof who can help you)

I redeemed a OW2 coins code that I had yesterday and it didn’t show upp either in the game. When going to the shop in the Blizzard launcher and on the webbrowser https://eu.shop.battle.net/en-us/family/overwatch , the page were black and never loaded. However today I received my coins and the shop shows up again.
