Do i have to beg my tank to not overextend?

I don’t mean when they setup when you’re pushing payload or the robot, That’s what I want from my winstons, dvas, and dooms. So that they can get on them without committing their abilities to get on top of them.

i mean like, when you win One teamfight, of any mode, and then they start leap or rocket punch into them 1v5 as doom or something and expect everyone to be able to follow up when we probably lack the escape options/mobility he has. it sometimes feels like they lack the awareness to look at our team, even when they have the downtime to do so.

I’m so sick of having a good lead, and just my tank being cocky and think that no matter what they do, there is no possible way the enemy team can come back from a steamroll.

Just spam the fall back button and watch them die. Or switch to zenyatta, stick ball on them and forget about it.

if your tank over extends and it compromises the team to reposition to him, well thats on the tank. Like if you’re on defense and everyone has great positions and the tank for some reason pushes aggressively way forward, well maybe let em die? your dps can hold till they get back and they’ll learn hopefully.

cus otherwise, if you rush forward and out of position to save them, you’ll just end up dying with them. Which is how teams fold quickly.
