Feels like most people I play with from SEA avoid it and just stick with Americas, despite the slightly higher ping. It feels too sweaty to play there, with the population of non English speakers and smurfs according to them. Even quick match feels stressful every match.
I used to play on Asia, but for some reason, one day, it stopped being ok to play in (I reach 300 ping when I play on Asia now). I prefer Americas because my ping is lower there since that’s where SEA is supposed to be anyway, not Asia. I just remember when I played on Asia, there’d always be a salty Taiwanese guy that would just spam " . " every time anyone on our team died.
I am from SEA but i dont play there due to higher ping for some reason. Compared to playing on us server which nets me 20-30 ms, playing on Asia gives me 80 ms. Recently there is some weird connection issue where data blocks are just straight interupted, making a good example of how King Crimsom erases time and I just ru into walls non stop before continuing my actions.
But for try hard players, you get them in both servers anyways . Same problem in coms between the indonesian, vietnamese, thai, chinese and Malaysian anyways so it doesnt bother me that much.
i dont play there as i play at random times in the day and night.
the servers are too inactive in certain periods.
the teams were better though at least imo, or at least meta comps are more common.
you always had a healer or tank before role queue.
Im from sea but playing in americas because the servers are in sg.
Dude I live in SEA(India) and I get better Ping in EU/NA than Asia.
Pretty lucky tbh, I get 90ms on both servers and rarely see the difference in both. Then again, I live in a rural area.
That’s cause sg servers come under americas weirdly and asia has korea and Japan servers.
Im from eu and play in all servers to see how the comp is.
The only good asia servers are korea.
Others are full of bots low population or hackers.

For a moment i thought you were referring to Seattle and I was extremely confused why someone from Seattle would play on Asia servers over US west.
I used to play on Asia until the cheaters and overall, Korean antics drove me away.
