Honestly I don’t think anyone is glaringly in need of one. There are some heroes who will never work in 5v5 and some kits that are just straight boring, but nothing that urgently needs fixing
Sombra, mauga and orisa.
Orisa and mauga are too low effort when they are viable and sombra is still a counterpicking design
Illari – garbage.
Mercy – garbage.
Sombra – cancer, but they don’t want to let go of her “hero identity”.
Symmetra – garbage.
Sombra, hog (role change). Junkrat. Zen (not really a rework just a tweak maybe let his kick make him jump a little to get moderate high ground.

Secretly, I’d like it if Torb and Sym got reworked to be more build centric again, but that will never happen.
every character in this game has a somewhat broken game changing ult , then there is lifeweaver and zen I think both need to be reworked. mercy is fun to play but is kinda useless.

Symmetra dont need a rework, she just needs number changes, that they refuse to do. Current sym, 3.0, is balancable.
kiriko needs half her kit removed and or reworked, utterly stupid how the devs thought giving a support everything they have was a good idea.
Wallclimb/Teleport threw walls instantly/ suzu invul and cleans wich counters 99% of ults/debuffs in this game/ insane ult/ good heals/ 2 shot rightclick/ broken ad spam hitbox
How does this even exist when compared to ana or zen/mercy is beyond my understanding. i hated this hero the second i saw her kit.

Sombra is the only one that definitely NEEDS a rework. Symmetra would be a common sense solution, but I guess her playerbase loves her as is. And Cassidy is the one I would personally be fine with because, like, seriously, he was outdated back in 2016.
I was playing splinter cell in overwatch before the rework, way to scared of what they will do now…maybe give her a cardboard box?
Sombra and Mauga. With Sombra they have to explore her old kit, and Mauga is just a terrible design in 5v5 overall.
Reaper is actually good, so he doesn’t really need anything.

What are you talking about Zen and Illari are the 4th and 5th best support in GM they do not need any buffs they are fine. Sym is also the #1 best dps this season I cant see them buffing anyone on your list but mercy

Firstly GM stats are irrelevant for 99% of the playerbase. Secondly, look at their pick rate. They are ONLY picked in their niche, where they are known in advance to be effective. Their issue is that they are hot flaming garbage and don’t function outside of that niche.
