Pretty sure if they did Rock as Mauga Disney would sue them because at that point you are so obviously copying Moana (as he the voice for Maui) that you probably start heading into copyright territory.

I think OW is done associating their heroes with real people. After the Jesse McCree debacle and the “Sinatraa” alien skin debacle.

Real people are just too unpredictable.
