Do you want another content drought? Because this is how you get another content drought. Balance is an ever shifting sand dune. It’s not something you solve. It’s something you continuously work on. Also DVa is objectively weak now so “solving" balance at this particular point in time would involve buffs. Sounds like you don’t want that.
