Freja’s explosive bolts explode through D.mon’s shield/barrier. If the explosive bolt hits the shield the explosion goes through it and D.mon takes damage.
Her shield is very inconsistent with what it blocks, even after the hotfix.
There is clearly a hitbox bug here, either with D.mon’s shield or her main body.
