DLSS 4/Reflex 2/FSR 4 integration for Overwatch?!

I think it would be really cool to get the NVIDIA Multi-Frame Generation feature in Overwatch!

It’s especially useful when for example I want to just watch my replays back and I’m not too concerned with input lag so I can lock my game at 60FPS which uses less power and then rely on frame generation for nice smooth playback!

Reflex 2 could also be implemented!

I upvote, though frame generation is going to make input lag 3x worse, it seems fine to use it for spectating and replays.

Also they should finally add AMD Anti-Lag 2… pretty please <3

I just read about Reflex 2, it’s exactly the same implementation as AMD Anti-Lag 2, where it updates it right as you process mouse input, pretty cool

Yep here are the videos explaining it!

Correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t you able to force these features on any game now? Obviously it’s better if the devs implement it themselves since it would probably be more stable but do we know at all how well forcing it works?

I guess we will when they release

Reflex 2 especially is pretty big

I’ve been testing Lossless Scaling with Overwatch and the frame generation works pretty good!

I use AFMF 2 on my ROG ALLY and that works great as well!

Interesting thing I noticed with that though is that player models seem to stay at the base FPS and you can really notice that if you lock the game to 30FPS!

I imagine built-in frame gen would work even better?!

Seems like the next big engine upgrade will be beta support for Dx12 sometime soon.

There are strings regarding DirectX 12 Beta support in the Season 14 builds, but nothing actually visible so far.
