The “Reckoners Roar” power has an implied synergy with “Cyber Venom” and the other one that slows on ability damage I forgot the name. However I tested in game and training range and it dosen’t work. It says it deals 30 “ability damage”, yet this “ability damage” dosen’t trigger debuffs that activate on “ability damage”. Either a lack of clarity or an oversight. Mass shout debuff builds sound very interesting and its a shame it isn’t implemented correctly.
