Discord quest no rewards given

I have done the recent discord quest and finished it going so far as to put the code here in Battle.net, though I have not received the 5 loot boxes as per the quest reward, i’ve redeamed and used the code at 02/19/2025
I cant even redeem the code again since it’s 1 use per person and mine has already been spent but no rewards were given to me (Again, the code has been used by me but the rewards were not given)

I know I used the code while I had the game open and had to close it and reopen it for the 5 loot boxes to appear. Have you reopened the client since you claimed the code?

Yes, several times since I redeamed and claimed the code, still I have not gotten the 5 loot boxes

So it’s 6 days later now - 8 days since I made my own thread - and I still haven’t gotten a response, or seen one in any other thread regarding this issue. Legendary lootboxes are kind of a big deal especially to those of us with old accounts and many non-shop skins (meaning Legendary lootboxes would likely contain a few shop skins).

Yup, havent gotten mine yet, spoke with some of my friends wich have done the same process as me and they all got their lootboxes, I think we got a glitch and blizzard refuses to adress it

Yeah SAME… it’s weird. I put in a support ticket and was told my account redeemed the lootboxes. Like yes, I know that, but I didn’t GET them. They also told me I couldn’t redeem the code multiple times, which seems really obvious and of course is NOT the issue.
I had a bit of a back-and-forth in the ticket, and one representative said my account doesn’t have a birthdate attached to my account. I thought “oh this is new, maybe this will help!” and told them my birthdate (I looked on the site and found an article saying we have to contact support to update that). The response I got had to have been pure AI; that response disregarded the birthdate topic to say a whole lot of nothing. I kept going, and the next one said he updated my birthdate.

No lootboxes appeared on my account at any point. Idk. It felt like they didn’t believe me or were in denial of this being an issue, even though I linked them my thread and told them many other people are also experiencing this issue and have responded or made their own threads, and none of us have seen any sort of acknowledgement.

It’s really frustrating because my account is very old at this point and has so many skins that the likelihood of me getting a free shop skin is very high. :frowning:
