Whenever I accidentally opened discord overlay, the mouse appears in game where the crosshair is located. How can i solve this?
Best way to fix it is switch the key bindings for Discord. I would accidentally open it all the time. I switched the keybind to open the overlay to the shift + ~ key since I never touch those keys together unintentionally.

Do you mean that the mouse stays visible during gameplay, but you can look around?
If that’s the case, really nothing to do about except restart the game.
Blizzard does not support overlays, so issues like these usually aren’t worked on as responsibility fully lies with the user and the third party company.
But as the previous user said, change the binds… maybe even to a double combo so you won’t open it accidentally
