Hello.
So whenever I play Overwatch while in discord with a friend, at random moments my mic will just stop working. I will still be connected to the call, but my mic will show no activity and the test mic audio also doesn’t pick up my mic.
If I disconnect from the discord call, restart discord or disable and reenable my mic it temporarily solves the issue for a while before it happens again.
Changing the application exclusivity of my mic did nothing, neither did disabling my mic both in-game and through the setting on the battlenet launcher. The same can be said for changing the format of my mic, with neither 16 bit, 24 bit or 32 bit formats solving the problem.
The mic just stops working, it doesn’t disconnect me from the call or crash discord, it just refuses to send audio to discord.
For reference I am using an Audio Technica AT2020 hooked up to an M-Audio Air 192 4.
I am baffled because this issue only happens with overwatch, every other game and application behaves normally.
