Disconnects - anything in this WinMTR?

I’m getting disconnected once every 10 games or so. I’m wireless, and play with my husband who is using a wired connection. When we play together we disconnect together. Everyone starts running in place and then it D/Cs, and we have to restart the game to get back in. During this time other internet connectivity looks fine. Here’s a log from one of my disconnects. Anything of note here? Thanks!

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Looks like there’s packet loss and high latency showing up after the connection leaves your router and jumps over to the ISP’s network. It’s showing around 1% packet loss and a spike of 2430ms.

You may want to try swapping to a wired connection if possible just to see if that helps when you’re playing together. It’s possible though that the issue is something your internet provider would have to solve since the issue is showing up between your ASUS router and the Spectrum network. If they supplied their own modem you might start with having them check or replace that.

Hope that helps!

Ok, thank you! I’ll try to get set up for wired and contact Spectrum about the modem.

Editing this for posterity: We had Spectrum out and they had to replace the cable out from the street to our house and put a new box on the house. It has been perfect ever since.
