Disconnecting while in group or in solo Q - WinMTR tests included

Hi,

I need help due to my often problems with connection. I have a couple of WinMTR test results when I did disconnect, hopefully I’ll paste them the right way.

edit: I made a call to my ISP provider, from 1st level support I did get the answer I was expecting, that everything is fine from their end and I don’t think that is true.
Apparently they refreshed settings on the router, not sure that will help.

What can I do or what data can I provide to make my ISP look more in details to see what’s going on?

First one is when I was in a group with two friends in QP, all three got disconnected at the same time.

I would appreciate if I could get some info what to do next, should I contact my ISP provider or something else.

Thank you for any help you can offer, I would like to play some competitive games, but don’t want to even try while having this issues.

another disconnection, this time I couldn’t move my hero for few seconds, then connection broke and I ended in main screen of the game.

Hey GTOOnizuka,
Can you please try a PATHPING to these addresses?

There is definitely some packet loss but we need to establish where. You can then escalate this to your ISP and show them the technical data.

Hey Clups,

I did run Pathping using the in-game Network Graph and finding my server’s IP address and to both Europe’s IP addresses that are listed in link you provided.

I think your issue might be related to the ongoing Deutsche Telecom routing previously discussed here, since I see you are connecting through Frankfurt. I wouldn’t recommend chiming in on that thread, but I would recommend posting on the EU forum since they may have more info about this. Generally this forum is monitored by US customer support and MVPs like myself, whereas the EU forum has EU staff etc.
