I understand that others have posted connection problems but can we please not get penalized for it? I had my first disconnect earlier and having to wait 30 minutes with 50 lesser SR for a problem that is literally out of our control is UNFAIR.
Edit: Tried again now I’m banned for queuing for another 2 hours. This how you treat your players? Thanks Blizzard.

I mean, I understand the loss of SR to reduce rage-quitters but when its found to be a known problem caused their end it’d be cool of them to credit it back.
I don’t even play comp most nights, but I get that this has to hurt - kinda sucks being penalized for an issue caused at the other end 
Unfortunately they can’t award SR back to you if they wanted to. It’s best to avoid Comp if you’re disconnecting a lot until they post that the issue is resolved.
Hi! Same here. I got penalized because I got DC from Quick Play like 5 times and each time, the servers take very long and multiple attempts before allowing me log in again. Some of the players I met in game experienced similar situations. Obviously a server issue. Its really unfair that we get penalized while Blizzard have yet to resolve it or announce server difficulties.
Just want to note that discussion of game rules/policy isn’t supposed to happen in Tech Support, so you might be best served moving this thread to General so it doesn’t get locked.
