I often disconnect randomly, it doesnt matter what I’m doing, in the menus, in q, loading screen, in a fight it doesn’t matter. I am using a wired connection and don’t have this game in any other game e.g. valorant, cs, or any online game for that matter. The disconnects only last 5-30s, and other people also get disconnected at the same time. What’s weird is how consistent it is, I had a friend who got disconnected 10-20s every single time after I got disconnected, and we do not use the same internet provider, or even live in the same country (I live in SG and they live in korea), and it only happens to specific peole as I know people who almost never get disconnected while playing, but the disconnections all happen at the same, and if I’m playing multiple people will leave at the same time. This could be spread out across the teams resulting in something like a 3v3, but it could also happen to favour one team and make it a 5v1. I do not know why this is happening, I use wired internet, I get about 300 Mbps both upload and download, cloudflare speedtest says my network quality score in all categories is great, and I know people with far worse internet who do not disconnect. I checked with the other people who disconnect at the same time as me, and they do not use the same internet provider, with some not even living in the same country. Is this fixable? or is this some server sided problem that I cannot realistically solve?
