I am having an issue on Xbox where I am searching for a competitive match, and it finds one but the game doesn’t actually put me in and i can’t join and it keeps penalizing me for it. And now i have lost 79% on my rank and an hour ban. Is there any way for me to actually get my progress back and stop this from happening.
