Hello Hello, I am literally putting this in due to it being unfair and hopefully something will be done about this. I was playing overwatch all day with no issues at all. Then, the last two games I played I randomly out of no where just disconnected out of both games and could not reconnect till both games were over. So, not only did I lose 100 sr but now I am stuck on a 8 hour ban. This has NEVER happened to me at all. Hopefully this can be looked into since again I was playing the game all day with zero issue then suddenly when we were winning these two games all of a sudden I get disconnected and couldn’t get back into to them out of now where…
Unfortunately, all disconnections are treated the same as leavers, and there is no way for them to award SR back to your account. More info here: Overwatch Technical Issues, SR Loss, and Leaver Penalties
