Disconnected, not let back, now suspended 2nd time today

Description: Second time today got dropped from game server on Xbox during competitive game. It is not just unfair with the other player, but seriously breaks my right to progress on my paid battle pass, due to the penalties unrighhtfully you apply. It is also not true what you state that you let disconnected players back as I was out for around 10-15 Seconds and the game is not letting me back, yet I could continue to chat my team???

Fix your game and be fair with penalties.

I seriously recommend all not to pay for this game and the battle pass, as due to such technical errors (and the Xp penalty) they don’t let you progress.

How many times in total so far?

I’ve been kicked out of a comp game once in 6 years of OW1 due to an update being forced, none in OW2.

Are you absolutely 110% certain it’s out of your control?

Yes…

And now after 7 wins I moved from tier 1 to down to 2

Their servers are garbagio. I thought it was common knowledge at this point.

I will admit 2 times recently when very few people have reported issues is sus. But only one time in 6 years? Do you only play on weekends for an hour or something? No shot.

And only started this week. Sometimes characters not loading, only blue dots instead, on two different xboxes

It sounds like you need some technical support. This is not a common problem.

I have been dropped like 3-4 times in ow2 so far

It seems to be according to an article on thegamer dot com

:((

Ok may I ask how you know?

I was certain my network issues were OW’s problem years ago, and found out I was very wrong and corrected the issue.

The biggest issue I’ve faced so far has been latency, but that was corrected.

Or it’s that the issues aren’t commonplace. Let’s not fall victim to confirmation bias.

I was far more active in OW1 when I had a ton of time.

In OW2 I only have at most 10-12 hours a week I can play if I use them to play OW2 at all. Even then, if the disconnection issues were as common as the latency issues were early on (which I experienced first hand) then I’d assume I’d have dropped at least one game by now.

I’m not calling BS, but I am suggesting it may not be an OW issue.

Have you verified 100% that it’s not your issue?

If so what have you done?

Well, it’s not on the official forums, where, you would expect to see people complain. Is that your website? lol.

^ this. Ask for some technical help, and figure out what is wrong on your end. Because, people are not just disconnecting all the time.
