Hi, for some reasons I’m not able to post with my main account (Heinz#22530), so i I have to use this, my second one. I have been playing for about a year and half and I never since theese very days got disconnected while the counter in the top left corner shows a good ping. I recently changed internet provider and this one actually gives me 50ms of latency, while the old one used to allow me to touch 120ms when i was lucky, but never made me crash while all other programs still run (for example Discord used to crash, but now it just keeps working perfectly at 50ms, no lag, no disconnects).
SO, my point is: why is this happening? No other game appears to have this issue (not CSGO, not Dark Souls 3, not For Honor - just to mention some of the games i play the most). I’d like to play a game without getting kicked for no reason, so if anyone know the solution to my problem they’d be very kind giving me some help.
This issue has been around since Moria’s release in December (that’s the earliest I’ve heard) and its happening on all platforms PC, X-Box & PS4 so its not you. I don’t think this problem is going away anytime soon I mean its been 5 months since this problem started to appear and Blizz only response is “its not us” and give a link to a program that fixes the issue (which never works).
FYI: I’ve had this problem since Lunar New Year Event and its still happening a lot nearly 3 months later.
This sh*t makes the game just unplayable… I don’t last more than a couple of minutes in a game. It is at least a week I can’t finish a damn quickplay, I always end up being disconnected after a couple of minutes. And i keep getting xp penalties due to me “”"“leaving”""" games in a row.
What a fantastic company, Blizzard… get your sh*t togheter: first you do the worst AMD optimization ever, now this. Really lame.
Edit: and a can’t even insult your damn company cause profanity are not allowed.
Well if it makes you feel any better I saw on another thread that the kill feed is the cause of this. After playing about 6 games with the kill feed off I only had 1 hiccup for a few seconds, of course it could be luck it run smoothly but it at least worked.
