sometimes a red box pops up on the left side of my screen and after like 10 seconds i just get disconnected and still get any abandon sanction penalties. can someone tell me how i fix this
you can’t… its their servers.

There are several posts by users that are experiencing this same issue, myself included. It would be best to comment in those threads as well as Blizzard only looks at posts with higher comment and view counts.
