Discomforts with scrolling :c

If you spent at least a couple of hours in the workshop, you might notice that while working with a long list of actions you have to constantly return to the top of this list, because the add, cut, copy and so on buttons simply disappear from screen while scrolling.

Dear developers, I will be very grateful to you if you fix this. Just make sure that the buttons for working with actions do not disappear from the screen when the user skroll down a long list of actions. It will be very convenient! :С

LMAO This is a very small thing but I get irritated with it too A LOT of times, and then sometimes it doesnt even do that at some cases which is frustrating because you dont know how it stopped??

Come on, looks like you did not try to work with big arrays you need to init manually for each map you run your game mod on. When there are 60+ elements in an array then that really hurts to scroll + it can stuck on a rule and each time go back to it. To fix it you need to quit workshop and enter again or set other rule to jump to.

Hm in list of report you can choose point: spam. It says that you can report by this way all messages that not related to the main theme. Idk

hm…i use workshop a lot and i dont think ive ever noticed this…

But it’s really irritating. I think you will got it if try to work with arrays where you need make a many same-type actions with vectors and etc. Please, if you can, fix it.

i thought you meant the big ones up top for the rules, not for the actions/conditions,
yeah i guess i understand that, generally i dont make long enough rules to notice that

True. But since we got the new “array” value, it is at least possible to make the list a lot shorter visually.

The true hell starts when you have a list with a lot of “if” and “else if”.

As a console player I think it’s even worse for me.

Haha always so missing the function in programmes when you can see your code in the form of separate blocks with subcycles taken out in a separate column.

There is some cases when you can’t make it shorter without reworking of all workshop. Like when you’re need to create an array with vectors of objective positions. Idk why but in FFA you can’t use the ‘objective positions’ constant. You need set it by own

FFA-modes are not objective-oriented ones.

But you have to capture the point if you will not kill ur opponent until the time-break
