I fully completed the Competitive Drives to end Season 14, and the Drive Signature remained for the rest of its season, plus moving into the current season yesterday and this morning. After playing my second game, however, my internet decided to pull a fast one and act up, which does often occur. I thought nothing of this, but got kicked from the game, returning to the main menu. When my game rejoined to the lobby page, I noticed I could not rejoin the competitive match, and had received a penalty for leaving the game, despite being kicked from it rather than the first. Having noticed my drive had also disappeared, I used the time to restart my game and my entire PlayStation, assuming that the problem was due to my internet cutting out. Unfortunately, none of my efforts had brought any blessings, and the comp drive that I had worked countlessly for had vanished. A friend had even come online and checked my profile - a friend with whom I earned the drive signature - but to no avail, it was not there.
Could there be a reasonable explanation for this? And could the drive be reapplied to my account. I have proof of completion.
