i just played a match as sombra and i was in a room hacking a health pack but wow and surprise brigitte appeared so of course i had to 1v1 her, but it was impossible. sure i got a hack on her and all so she couldn’t shield bash me but her passive still worked so she got hits on me and her health kept regenerating even though i had landed a lot of shots on her. honestly i think passives in general should be disabled once hacked like mercy regaining health out of no where or maybe even junkrats total mayhem after he dies because that stuff are just so annoying, especially brigittese because shes op as it is.

Dude, it’s 16 hps (IIRC). If you’re a Sombra, you should have no problem whatsoever killing someone with as big of a hitbox as Bagutte’s after you hacked her.

The argument that Brigitte is OP is simply objectively false. The only two reasons she gets called OP are: Shield Bash being on a 5s CD (Soon to be 6s) and Brigitte hiding behind barrier tanks (Which is not a Brigitte issue. That’s a team composition issue). One of which is avoidable and the other isn’t actually a Brigitte problem (Barrier Tanks + DPS + Healer = Strong team). If you’re Sombra, you should always be aware of your surroundings.

It is frankly unfair tbh, and makes hack substantially less value, you can’t shield bash nor boop, but you can still mindlessly flail around with LMB while passively healing ARMOR.

Considering armor ,sombra’s range and Brigitte’s role ,I can definitely see someone having a problem killing a hacked brigitte as sombra.
(if they even manage to hack her in the first place)

Hell no they said that only passives that require the input of a button should be canceled if it was otherwise the bs Junkrat’s passive also shouldn’t be activated if he dies hacked.
Lucio’s auras don’t require a button press though ,they only need a button press to change between them, you’re automatically on speed since spawning.

IKR? Lúcio is my favorite support and i was absolutely butthurt when they did that. Makes 0 sense to me since its only “button press passives” they should keep just like before let him heal or speed but not change it.

Yeah right, mid-range/low damage gun in a 1v1 vs CC Queen “keep your distance”. Her armor makes Sombra’s gun even weaker while she simultaneously heals herself during the fight. You clearly don’t know how screwed Sombra is in this match-up. There is no way you can win if Brig is full health or even post rally.

Winrate is extremely flimsy data. Do you know the exact team composition? How many people were in groups? Did the team work well together? Did the enemy team work well together? Did they attempt to counter Brigitte?
Winrate does not determine if a character is OP. Gameplay does. Abilities do. It takes Brigitte her entire kit to get kills. That alone renders the argument that she’s OP invalid. Shield Bash had its cone reduced. Her ultimate is losing 50 points of Armour provided. Shield Bash is getting a 6s Cooldown.

If it disables Lucio’s songs and Genji’s passives I see no reason why it should not disable Brigette’s passive

It would also mean that Junkrat’s explosives would damage himself if his passive was disabled.
P.S. I also hope they fix the bug that allows Sombra to hack through Bri’s shield soon.
It’s one of those things where most of the people calling her OP get killed by her a lot, but never played her. Same thing with Doomfist. Try playing them. I’d wager the OP doesn’t even have an hour on her
